Matthew J. Fick

Resident Designer

Matt hails from Port Clinton, Ohio. He received his MFA in design from Rutgers University in 2005. Matt has been with MST now for three years. His work for the company includes light design for Othello, and the set designs for Scapin, A Midsummer Nights Dream, and 7th Inning Stretch. Recently, Matt has lent his talents to Seussical the Musical, and A Christmas Carol with The Theater Company at Debaun Auditorium in Hoboken, Les Mis Jr., White Christmas, Miss Saigon, Chicago, Jekyll and Hyde, and The Sound of Music at the Cohoes Music Hall in Cohoes NY. Additionally, he designed the east coast premiere of The Sand Storm: Stories from the Front, and the world premiere of the new musical Becoming George in Alexandria, VA at Metro Stage. Matt’s props can also be seen in the Australian Production of Wicked.
