Summer Shakespeare Workshops!
The Edge Lofts • Hoboken

July 20-24, July 27-31

Silly Shakespeare I & II

Ages 4-6 • 9-12am • $250 per week

Shakespeare is famous for his silly humor. Young actors explore clowning, mistaken identity, physical comedy and other signature elements of Shakespeare’s silliness in these week long workshops. The workshop will culminate in a presentation of an original (and very silly) story the actors create.

July 20-24, July 27-31

A Mid-Summer’s Night Dream I & II

Ages 7-12 • 1-4 pm • $250 per week

Exploring the world of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, actors are introduced to the techniques of Shakespeare in performance. Guest artists from MST’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream will drop in to talk to students about professional acting and to teach. Each week culminates in an evening presentation of scenes from A Midsummer Night’s Dream for friends and family on the stage
of MST’s Midsummer production at Frank Sinatra Park.
