Artistic Associate

Evan Lewis is an Adjunct Professor of Scenic Design and Construction at William Paterson University, in New Jersey where he’s recently designed scenery for Almost, Maine. As a Technical Director for Mile Square Theatre he has worked on The Comedy Of Errors and My Italy Story.He has also served at a Technical Director for Mount Washington Valley Theatre Company, in North Conway, NH, the Papermill Theatre, in Lincoln, NH, and Opera in the Ozarks, Eureka Springs, AR. He has also designed She Stoops to Conquer at Seaton Hall University, in New Jersey. Previous work at the Jewish Community Center, in West Orange, NJ includes designing scenery for Peter Pan, Once on This Island and Beauty and the Beast. The Civic Little Theatre, in Allentown, PA where he’s designed The Full Monty and Pioneer Valley Summer Theatre, in Easthampton, MA (The Nerd). He received his Master of Fine Arts in Scenic Design from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, in 2005 and his Bachelors of Arts from Western Michigan University in 2002.
